What services do you provide?

We provide structured shared housing and supportive services designed to help veterans achieve stability and independence. Our program emphasizes a safe living environment, accountability, and connection to community resources.

How can I apply for housing?

Individuals may apply by completing our intake form on referrals and intake page or by being referred through a partnered organization. All applications are reviewed to determine program fit and availability.

What is the eligibility criteria for your program?

Applicants must be veterans and  Additional criteria may include program compatibility, willingness to follow house guidelines, and participation in supportive services.

Are there any costs associated with the housing?

Housing costs are often covered through federal, state, or local assistance program for eligible veterans, including HUD-VASH and other partner-supported housing resources.

For individuals not currently utilizing a subsidy program, our standard shared housing rate is $1,400 per month, which includes utilities, internet, and program-related support services.

We work closely with VA case managers, referral partners, and local agencies to help coordinate funding and minimize out-of-pocket expenses whenever possible. Cost may very, depending on individual eligibility and program participation.

Is your housing accessible for individuals with disabilities?

At this time, our house is not fully equipped for individuals requiring ADA-accessible accommodations. However, we are actively working toward expanding our capabilities to better serve all veterans, including those with disabilities. 

we comply with all applicable fair housing laws and provide reasonable accommodations when possible. We encourage  individuals to contact us to discuss specific needs so we can determine appropriate support or referrals. 

How long can residents stay in the program?

Length of stay varies based on individual needs, program goals, and funding guidance. Our goal is to support residents in achieving long-term housing stability as quickly and safely as possible.
